Breaking News For Military Aspirants, Pak Army has announced PMA Long Course 156. Pakistan Military has announced Commission Jobs for the young talented and Motivated Military Aspirants to Join Pak Army as a Commissioned Officer through PMA Long Course 156 for the year 2025.
This is a great opportunity for the young students who have recently completed their intermediate to get permanent commisssion in Pak Army as a Liutenant. Students will go through complete procedure of ISSB and final Medical Board for the final selection in Pak Army.

What is PMA Long Course?
PMA Long Course is a regular commission officer training program that prepares cadets to become second lieutenants in the Pakistan Army. The training takes place at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul and lasts for two years, divided into four terms.

Educational Qualification
1. Educational Qualification:
Intermediate or Equivalent (FA/FSc) – Minimum 55% marks.
Graduates (BA/BSc/BBA/BPA) – Minimum 60% marks (with 50% marks in FA/FSc).
Serving Army Soldiers – Minimum 50% marks in FA/FSc.
Age Limit and Marital Status
Age Limit (as of 1 November 2025):
Intermediate: 17 – 22 years (with a 3-month relaxation in the upper limit)
Graduates (2-year program): 17 – 23 years
Graduates (4-year program): 17 – 24 years
Serving Soldiers: 17 – 25 years
Marital Status & Nationality
Unmarried male citizens of Pakistan and domicile holders of AJK/Gilgit-Baltistan can apply.
Dual nationals must surrender their foreign nationality upon selection.
Selection Process For PMA Long Course
The complete selection process for PMA Long Course is consists of the following Steps.
STep-1 Online Registration and Test
Candidates must register online and appear for the initial written and intelligence test conducted at AS&RCs. Army Selection centers are almost available in all major cities of Pakistan.
STep-2 Physical Test
Candidates must pass the following physical fitness standards:
1.6 km run in 8 minutes
Push-ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
Sit-ups: 20 repetitions in 2 minutes
Chin-ups: 3 repetitions in 2 minutes
Ditch Crossing: 7.4 feet
STep-3 ISSB Test and Interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) test, which includes psychological assessments, group tasks, and interviews.
STep-4 Medical Examination and Final Selection
Candidates passing the ISSB test undergo a medical examination before final selection by GHQ.
