The physical test will be of 20 marks!

 

Running 10 numbers!

 

Sit up number 5!

 

Push up 5 numbers!

 

(18 marks out of a total of 20 marks are mandatory if you want to appear in the merit list)

 

(They would have passed 14, but there is no benefit)

22 sets you have to do, in 2 minutes 

 

Pushup

22 push you have to do, in 2 minutes 

 

 

Hight

 

Will check the height. 5 feet 6 inches

Runing Requirements for ASF

In the medical and physical test, your race will be 1.6 km. Or say 1600 meters, which you have to cover in 7:30 minutes. If you do it quickly, you will get more marks in Airport Security Force Physical Test.
