The whole efficiency of a Military Organization depends on its Training. The more efficient is the training the more efficient will be that Organiztaion. Disciplined is strictly monitered during Training of any  Military Organization. 

Why Military Training Affects Our Personality

The primary focus of Military Training is to mold your personality according to Military Needs and requirements. It teaches you team work and trust on your team members even in the most danger situation. But its your duty to along with training you should know how to overcome Military Training Affects to keep balance in  your life because it optimizes some qualities of a your personality. Military training, especially in the early years, is designed to break individual patterns and rebuild you into a team player. It teaches you:

To listen more than speak

To avoid questioning superiors

To suppress emotions and stay tough

But these habits, while useful in uniform, can slowly weaken your voice in everyday life. You start feeling:

Nervous about expressing personal opinions

Uncomfortable speaking in groups

Emotionally distant from friends and family

Afraid of being judged when you speak casually

It’s not your fault — this is simply the result of conditioning and Evironment provides to you during Military  Training.

I was sitting quietly in a family gathering. Everyone was laughing, telling stories, sharing ideas. I had thoughts — but no words. I wanted to speak — but fear held my tongue.

That day, I promised myself: I will not let fear define me anymore.

Steps I Took to Regain My Confidence

Mirror Speaking Practice

Every morning, I stand in front of the mirror and speak for 5 minutes. I pick a random topic — my dreams, something I saw, a joke. This helps my brain relearn the freedom to talk without command structure.

2. Participating in Safe Conversations

I began talking more with my siblings, cousins, and even coworkers during breaks. Just light topics — no fear of being right or wrong. Slowly, I noticed people appreciated my words.

3. Watching Confident Speakers

I follow TED Talks, motivational speakers, and YouTubers who speak freely. Their tone, expressions, and storytelling style inspire me and guide my own style.

4. Letting Go of Perfection

In the military, everything must be precise. But in life, it’s okay to be a little messy, funny, emotional. I’m learning to be imperfect — and it feels amazing.

5. Writing My Feelings

Journaling is my private therapy. Every night, I write a few lines: what I wanted to say today, how I felt, what stopped me. This builds awareness — and slowly, healing.

What i Have Learned so Far

Confidence is not built in a parade ground — it’s built in small, kind conversations.

Speaking up is not disrespect — it’s self-expression.

Your voice matters — in uniform and beyond it.

Military life gives us strength. Now it’s time to balance that strength with softness, expression, and self-love.
